Eduational Development
We take on small one-off projects as well as larger pieces of work. We work as a team and so any project will have the knowledge, experience, and work from our entire team. Taking a project management approach to all our activities to ensure they are correctly designed, we deliver and evaluate to ensure sustained impact and value for our clients. We have significant experience in digital learning – in fact, one of our co-founders is an experienced leader and practitioner in digital learning with experience spanning multiple HE institutions. Sometimes in Universities and Colleges, a project just needs a bit more staff capacity, and we can help to meet this demand. Or we can deliver a project. Our team spans multiple subjects, disciplines and areas, and we can help with currently running projects and activities to support your work. COURSE DESIGN
We have significant experience in course design – focusing on learner impact while delivering a positive learning experience. We can help with course proposals, learning design, assessment, gamification, multimedia and digital learning. We can help plan and build an impactful curriculum and train those responsible for its delivery.
AGENCY STAFF
As part of our new recruitment service, we include agency staff. Staff are employed by us and placed within the client’s institution. We manage timesheets, payroll, line management, tax, national insurance, pension contributions and annual leave. This is a great solution for managing associate lecturers, skills tutors, and invigilators as examples.

Staff development and CPD
Academic and professional service staff equally impact the staff and student experience – from teaching (face-to-face and online) to designing learning materials, VLEs, student and staff systems and responding to experiential data. Indeed, for students the PTES, NSS and module/course evaluations are great ways to provide feedback. For staff, appraisals and institutional surveys are key vehicles.

OUR HISTORY
Transform-ED was created to provide an all-in-one solution for colleges and universities requiring consultancy related to educational development, project delivery & management, training & enhancement and digital learning. In 2025, we launched our recruitment service – applying our knowledge of Higher Education to support clients looking for their next hire, and for applicants to help them apply for roles. Amongst our team we have two Principal Fellows of Advance HE (PFHEA). Two team members have been awarded a National Teaching Fellowship (NTFs). We have been leaders, managers, heads of teams and have significant (decades of) experience of working with others to support and enhance impact, practice, and outcomes.
