Transform-ED was created to provide an all-in-one solution for companies (educational institutions and corporate clients) requiring consultancy related to educational development, project delivery & management, training & enhancement. Amongst our team we have three Principal Fellows of Advance HE (PFHEA) and two team members have been awarded a National Teaching Fellowship (NTFs). Additionally, we have all been leaders, managers, heads of teams and have significant experience of working with others to support and enhance impact, practice, and outcomes.
Sometimes, a project just needs a bit more staff capacity, and we can help to meet this demand. Our team spans multiple subjects, disciplines, experiences and areas, and we can help with currently running projects and activities to support the work of the client. Think of us as your own virtual educational development unit.
Drawing from our experiences of working in Higher Education and combined with sector trends, we design and deliver our own courses and workshops. Our courses and workshops are delivered online and supported by our great team. Each course has a corresponding free taster workshop so you can see if the full course is right for you.
We work with clients to support them with their projects and activities. This can be a short -term project or a longer engagement. Every client is different and through our approach of partnership and project management, we help to ensure the success of the work. Projects may include staff development, research, evaluation, and digital transformation.
We have a partnered with Drieam who created Portflow - an e-Portfolio tool which deeply integrates into your VLE/LMS and puts student agency at the heart of the curriculum. We can work with you to explore, integrate and support Portflow to transform your student experience related to impactful assessment and student/graduate success.
