Welcome to Higher-ED! We’re delighted to introduce our new service offering recruitment in Higher Education. We want to provide a quality service which makes the recruitment process a positive learning experience for both sides.
We are part of Transform-ED, so we have access to a number of individuals with demonstrated experience in and commitment to the Higher Education sector. This means that we can provide a personal touch. This includes advice on applications and a mock interview for those selected for interview. We also provide an informed level of feedback to make the process of applying for a role as developmental as possible.
Clients
Our clients are typically Higher Education institutions such as Universities and Colleges. When we manage your recruitment campaigns, you will know that the campaign is being handled by people with experience in higher education. We understand the importance of finding the right candidate for the role. Getting the wrong candidate is very inconvenient and expensive. We will understand what skills, behaviours, and experience you are looking for. We only put through candidates we genuinely believe meet your need. If an otherwise good candidate’s skill set has gaps, we will provide guidance or coaching. Obviously, the final decision is yours and we will support you in the onboarding of whoever you select.
Candidates
Our candidates are typically people looking to move sideways or upwards within the sector. By engaging with Higher-ED, candidates can know they are speaking to people with knowledge of and passion for the sector. We will not put people through for inappropriate roles thus wasting their time. They will receive quality feedback throughout so that the job application process can add value and be developmental.
