PROJECT DELIVERY
Based on the agreed plan and resource profile, Transform-ED will provide a dedicated project manager to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the work. This includes sourcing and bringing in specialists in particular academic areas where this is required.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Stakeholder management is critical to successful project delivery. The project manager will ensure that the important stakeholders are identified, kept them briefed throughout the process, and that the finished product is handed over successfully into usage so that the benefits can be realised.
PROJECT REPORTING
Transparent project reporting gives assurance to stakeholders and managers that the project is on track in terms of progress, delivery and the identification and resolution of any issues. The frequency and format of the reporting from Transform-ED is flexible depending on the size and complexity of the project.
PROJECT CHANGE CONTROL MANAGEMENT
One of the hardest parts of project management is staying in control of changes. The Transform-ED Project Manager will take a structured approach to ensuring that any approved changes needed or requested are incorporated and communicated meaning that time delays and overspends do not happen by accident.
PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT
Risk management, carried out effectively, enables the project to see potential threats (and opportunities) before they arise, meaning that a handling plan can be put in place. Our experience means Transform-ED can help take an independent view of potential challenges and work to resolve them, or plan to resolve them, before they arise.
